This is my fave fish recipe. You can't beat it for quick, easy and healthy (unless you can actually stand the smell and taste of salmon) lol It is the only fish my hubby will eat that isn't deep fried. I think this would work on any mild flavored fish.

I would not recommend this recipe. The tilapia was mushy and the sauce was flavorless.

This recipe was just okay. The tilapia was a little bland and the sauce was a bit too spicy for my taste.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my tilapia came out a little dry. I think I might have overcooked it.

This recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's worth it. The tilapia was so tender and flaky, and the sauce was to die for.

I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, but I still enjoyed this recipe. The sauce was flavorful without being too hot.
