Candy Cane Punch image

This berry red fruit punch makes a festive addition to any holiday table. Serve hot or cold topped with ice cream.

Number Of Ingredients 5

two 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries in syrup
1 quart cranberry apple drink
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 quart peppermint stick or burgundy cherry ice cream
candy canes for stirrers

Steps:

  • 1. Slightly thaw the berries. Mix berries, cranberry apple drink, and lemon juice in medium pan. Simmer 10 minute. Pour mixture through a strainer, pressing on fruit to release as much of the juices as possible. Serve hot or cold in mugs, topped with a scoop of ice cream and a candy cane stirrer.
