For those of us with a sweet tooth. This needs to be served really cold in order to get the flavors to blend. Shake it in a cocktail shaker until it becomes frothy and frosted.

I was disappointed with this martini. The caramel flavor was artificial and the vodka was too strong.

I've tried many caramel martinis before, but this one is by far the best. The caramel flavor is rich and decadent, and the vodka gives it a nice kick.

I'm not a big fan of caramel, but this martini was surprisingly good. The flavors are well-balanced and it's not too sweet.

This martini is way too sweet for my taste. I prefer a more savory cocktail.
