Carrot Cake Smoothie image

This started out as a way to hide a carrot in a smoothie, but ended up being more about the carrot with fruit hidden inside! If you'd like to add ice, go ahead. I didn't and it came out fine.

1 large carrot, peeled and diced
¼ cup frozen mango chunks
1 large fresh peach, chopped
¼ cup soy milk
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • Pulse carrot and mango together in a blender until roughly chopped. Add peach, soy milk, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger; blend until smooth.
