Steps:
- Mix all ingredients, except applesauce, in medium bowl.
- Spray nonstick griddle or 10-inch skillet with cooking spray. Heat griddle over medium heat or to 375°.
- For each patty, spoon approximately 1/2 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Top warm patties with applesauce.
