CARROT SALAD WITH OREGANO AND CUMIN
Steps:
- In a bowl whisk together oregano, cumin, zest, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste and whisk in oil in a stream until dressing is emulsified. Add carrots and toss to combine well.
