Steps:
- 1. Peel and chop, slice or cut carrots into hunks. Place in a suuce pan with the water. Cover pan and cook on med. till done but firm. 4-5 minutes. Drain the water out of pan,
- 2. Add the butter, and simmer till melted. Add honey, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and red hots. Cook for another couple minutes on low, stir constantly..
- 3. Serve when ready.....ENJOY.
