2Ibs ground beef 1 onion{chopped} 2 clovesgarlic{chopped} pinch oregano. 1 tsp.salt 2 cans of tomato soup 3/4 c water 2cups uncooked noodles 2cups shredded cheese optional; add 2 cups grated carrots
or zucchini

Steps:

  • 1.brown beef,onion,garic,oregano and salt. 2.add tomato soup and 6 tbls.water 3.cook noodles and mix with soup mixture 4.place in greased casserole or baking dish. 5.sprinkle surface with cheese. 6 bake in 325 oven for 20-25 minutes.

I'm not a fan of sausage, so I used ground beef instead. It turned out great!
