I was disappointed with this recipe. The cauliflower was mushy and the ham was tough. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.

This was just okay. I found it to be a bit bland. I think I would have liked it better with more spices or herbs.

This was a delicious and easy-to-make soup. I used frozen cauliflower and it worked out great. I also added a bit of cayenne pepper for a little spice. My husband and I both loved it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this chowder. I'm not a huge fan of cauliflower, but it was cooked perfectly in this dish. The ham and cheese added a nice richness and flavor. I will definitely be making this again.
