The patties were easy to make, but they fell apart a bit when I tried to flip them. I think I might have needed to cook them for a bit longer.

These patties are a great way to sneak some vegetables into your kids' diet. My kids love them, and they don't even realize they're eating cauliflower and zucchini.

I was skeptical about these patties at first, but they turned out to be really good! The cauliflower and zucchini give them a nice texture, and the spices add a lot of flavor.

These patties are so versatile! I've served them as a main course with roasted vegetables, as a side dish with grilled chicken, and even as a breakfast hash with eggs and avocado.

The patties were a bit too dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I might add some more moisture next time.
