Charlene's Tuna Supreme image

My grandkids and their friends love this dish. My husband and I have it quite regularly.

Number Of Ingredients 11

4 oz chicken of the sea albacore tuna
8 oz barilla farfalle noodles (bowties)
1/3 c best foods olive oil mayonnaise
1/2 c celery, sliced
1/4 c onion, diced
6 oz chicken broth
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 oz emmenthaler cheese, shredded
1/2 c panko bread crumbs
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Cook noodles according to directions. Mix the tuna and mayonnaise in large bowl. In small saucepan, mix the soup, broth and cheese. Add celery and onion. When cheese is melted, add to the tuna & mayo in the large bowl, add salt and pepper. Mix well. Turn into casserole pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle Panko bread crumbs on top. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
