This is like a hybrid loose meat/cheesesteak sub. I have crappy knives and crappy knife skills, so this is my easy way of making a cheesesteak.

Steps:
- Sweat onion with a sprinkle of kosher salt and some olive oil.
- When onion is tender, add ground beef and garlic and brown.
- After beef has browned, add stock and Worcestershire. Simmer until liquid is absorbed.
- Grind black pepper over beef mixture to taste.
- While beef is simmering, microwave Velveeta and milk to make "Whiz". Whisk until smooth.
- Place sub roll over beef mixture to warm and soak up some juice. Spread with mayo and ketchup. Top with beef, "whiz", and lettuce.
