This delicious dish was submitted by a co-worker for our United Way Potluck and won second place in the Main Dish category. Very tasty!

Steps:
- 1. Mix first five ingredients together plus one cup of cheese and put in 9 x 13" casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. DELISH!
