These are the best cheese quesadillas! They make a terrific meatless entree paired with beans and rice or an excellent appetizer cut into thinner wedges.

These quesadillas were delicious! I used a sharp cheddar cheese and they were so flavorful. I also added some diced tomatoes and onions, which gave them a nice crunch. I will definitely be making these again.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my quesadillas turned out really dry. The cheese didn't melt very well and the tortillas were really crispy. I think I might have used too much heat.

I love cheese quesadillas! They're so simple to make and they're always a crowd-pleaser. I usually use cheddar cheese, but I've also tried mozzarella and Monterey Jack. I think any type of cheese that melts well would work.

I was a little disappointed with these quesadillas. The cheese didn't melt very well and the tortillas were a little too crispy. I think I would have preferred to use a different type of cheese, maybe a more mild cheddar.

These quesadillas were so easy to make and they turned out so well! I used a store-bought salsa and sour cream, but I think they would be even better with homemade versions. I will definitely be making these again soon.

I love how versatile quesadillas are. You can add any type of filling you like, so they're always different. I've made them with cheese, chicken, beef, and vegetables. They're always a hit with my family and friends.
