I make this for family brunches. Make it the night before and just bake it in the morning. Serve with coffeecake and fresh fruit. I've always received compliments when I serve this.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover ham. I also like to add some chopped spinach or kale for a healthy boost.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my casserole turned out dry and overcooked. I think I might have overcooked the eggs.

This casserole was a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more cheese and maybe some diced vegetables next time.

I'm not a huge fan of eggs, but this casserole was surprisingly delicious. The cheese and ham really balanced out the flavor of the eggs.
