This is one of my favorite goodies.This makes a big salad and is great for a gathering. Also depending on the crowd is there are many children I will add some red food coloring to really pink it up. Enjoy!!

- 1. Mix all together but coconut in large bowl.
- 2. Toast coconut on baking sheet until lightly browned at 350. Sprinkle on top of cherry mixture. Chill
