2 1/4 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup maraschino cherry
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup coconut
2 teaspoons cherry juice

Steps:

  • For crust, combine 2 cups of flour with the powdered sugar and butter. Pat into greased jelly roll pan and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and spread over baked crust.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
