Steps:
- Melt 2 T butter in 9x9 pan. Beat eggs and vanilla slightly. Mix rest of ingredients and add to eggs; mix well. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees until firm to the touch (about 25"). Do not overbake. Turn out onto wax paper, buttered side up, and dust lightly with confectioner's sugar. Cut into squares or bars.
