Number Of Ingredients 7

3 cups crispy rice cereal or 3 cups corn cereal
1 1/2 cups M&M's
2 1/2 cups pretzel sticks, broken into pieces
1 cup salted peanuts
5 cups marshmallows
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Combine marshmallows, butter and peanut butter, melt over low heat or in microwave (microwave & stir in 1 minute increments, usually takes about 3 minutes).
  • Combine cereal, M&M's, pretzels and peanuts in a large bowl. Pour melted butter mixture over cereal & mix well, quickly.
  • Pat into a greased 9x13 pan and cut into squares OR drop by spoonfulls on waxed paper. Let cool 5 minutes and serve.

These were very good. I used dark chocolate chips and they turned out great. Kids loved them but they were a bit too sweet for my taste.

I made these cookies the other day, they were so easy, I would recommend letting them cool for way longer than the recipe says because they are very soft when coming out of the oven and can break apart if you try and cut them right away
