Time 30m

Yield 6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (9 3/4 ounce) can swanson chicken breasts (in water)
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can of sliced black olives
1 (16 ounce) bag of white tortilla chips
1 bunch green onion
1 medium tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) bag of mexican style shredded cheese
1/2 lb bacon
jalapeno (optional)

Steps:

  • Drain chicken and shred, thinly slice green onions, dice tomato, fry bacon until crisp and crumble.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line large cookie sheet with aluminum foil, layer almost the entire bag of tortilla chips, chicken, olives, green onions, tomato, bacon and cheese. Repeat layers over that if you wish to double the recipe. I put the cheese on over the ingredients to better hold them in place on the tortilla chips. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side. Generously serves 6.

These nachos were amazing! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the bacon was crispy. The cheese sauce was also really good.

The nachos were good, but I found the chicken to be a bit dry. I would recommend using a more flavorful marinade next time.

These nachos were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would use less cheese next time.

I love these nachos! They are always a crowd-pleaser. I like to add some diced tomatoes and jalapenos to mine for a little extra flavor.

These nachos were easy to make and they turned out great! I used rotisserie chicken and pre-cooked bacon to save time. The cheese sauce was also really easy to make and it was so creamy and delicious.

I made these nachos for dinner last night and they were delicious! The chicken was tender and juicy, the bacon was crispy, and the cheese was melted and gooey. I will definitely be making them again.
