2 pounds chicken tenders, cut in half crosswise
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 onions, diced
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
1/2 cup low-salt chicken broth
1 pound fettuccine
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Add cream, walnuts, almonds, and chicken broth; simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  • Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain well. Return to pot.
  • Add sauce, chicken, half of dill, and half of parsley and toss to coat. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining herbs and serve immediately.

I wouldn't recommend this recipe. The chicken was tough and the sauce was too heavy. I think I'll stick to my own chicken fettuccine recipe.

Not bad, but not great. The chicken was a bit dry and the sauce was a bit bland. I think I would have liked it more if I had used a different type of nut, such as almonds or pistachios.

Easy and tasty! I made this dish for a weeknight dinner and it was a success. The chicken was flavorful and the sauce was creamy and delicious. I added a bit of extra dill to taste, and it was perfect. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was delicious! I used walnuts and fresh dill, and the flavors were perfect together. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the fettuccine was cooked al dente. I will definitely be making this again.

I made this chicken fettuccine with nuts and dill last night and it was a hit with my family! The flavors were amazing and the dish was easy to make. I used a rotisserie chicken to save time, and it worked perfectly. The nuts and dill added a nice cr
