- Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder. Brown the pork chops In a large skillet. Place the browned pork chops in a crockpot and add cans of soup. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Make excellent gravy. Can add flour to thicken gravy if needed.
