Steps:
- 1. Put chicken, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic salt, black pepper, and celery salt into oven safe dish (I used a dutch oven). Combine and cook at 350 for 2 hours.
- 2. After 2 hours, put water on for pasta. While waiting for water to boil, add the dissolved cornstarch and peas to the chicken mixture, stir, and return to oven.
- 3. Once noodles are done, strain. Serve chicken and mushroom mixture over hot noodles.
