Comfort food casserole. Makes little meat go a long way. Great for feeding a large crowd, makes 2-9x13 pans. My family of 4 has been known to eat almost a whole pan themselves.

The chicken scallop was good, but the sauce was a bit too heavy for my taste. I would probably try a different recipe next time.

This recipe was easy to follow and the chicken turned out great! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and they cooked in about 15 minutes. The sauce was also very tasty.
