Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 400
- Prepare garlic for roasting. Slice off top 1/4 inch from garlic heads. Drizzle in olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes or until garlic is soft
- Once garlic is roasted, reduce temperature to 350.
