I served these roasted sweet potatoes with a dollop of sour cream and they were amazing. The sour cream helped to balance out the heat of the chile-garlic sauce.

I added a little bit of smoked paprika to the chile-garlic sauce and it gave it a really nice flavor.

I've made this recipe with both regular sweet potatoes and purple sweet potatoes. Both are delicious, but I think I prefer the purple sweet potatoes.

These roasted sweet potatoes are a great way to use up leftover sweet potatoes. I always have a few extra sweet potatoes after Thanksgiving and this is a great way to use them up.

I've made this dish several times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The roasted sweet potatoes are delicious on their own, but the chile-garlic sauce really takes them to the next level.
