The mushrooms were a little too oily for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try baking them next time instead of frying them.

I was really looking forward to trying this recipe, but I was disappointed. The mushrooms were bland and the sauce was too sweet. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.
