Steps:
- 1. Pre heat oven to 350* Mix all ingredients except chicken in a 9X13 baking dish. Top with chicken pieces. Cover, bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Remove cover, top with shredded cheese. return to oven until cheese melts, aprox. 5 minutes.
