3 oz cold espresso
1 oz irish whiskey
1/2 oz coffee liqueur (like kahlua or tia maria)
1/2 oz irish cream (like bailey's or carolans)
1 scoop(s) vanilla ice cream (or coffee ice cream)
1 dash(es) simple syrup

Steps:

  • 1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Pour into parfait glasses, and serve with a straw.
