From my sister in law, this was a HUGE hit at a bridal shower. It makes a lot and can be halved. You can use low fat or dairy free variations on sour cream.

I added a chopped hard-boiled egg to my salad, and it was delicious! The egg added a nice protein boost and made the salad even more filling.

I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, so I used Greek yogurt instead. It turned out great! The salad was still creamy and flavorful, but it was much healthier.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover tuna. I always have a can or two in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can easily throw together.

I was skeptical about the combination of tuna and sweetcorn, but it totally works! The sweetcorn adds a subtle sweetness that complements the savory tuna really well.

This Chinese Tuna Salad is a game-changer! It's so refreshing and flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I especially love the addition of crunchy cucumber and peanuts - they add a great textural contrast.
