Chipotle Chili Sloppy Joes image

My husband didn't like sloppy joes until he tried my rendition with its smoky heat. If you need to dial down the fiery zip, cut down on or eliminate the peppers. -Brittany Allyn, Mesa, Arizona

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my sloppy joes turned out really dry. Maybe I didn't add enough sauce.

I would have liked the sloppy joes more if the sauce wasn't so spicy.

These sloppy joes were just okay. The chipotle chili sauce was a bit too spicy for my taste, and the ground beef was a little dry.
