I'm not a big fan of caramel, but I really enjoyed this mousse. The chocolate flavor is dominant, but the caramel adds a nice touch of sweetness.

I had some trouble getting the mousse to set properly. I think I might have overbeaten it.

The mousse was delicious, but I found it to be a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time, I'll use less sugar.
