Yield Makes about 4 1/2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 1/2 cups chilled whipping cream
10 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips (about 8 ounces)

Steps:

  • Using electric mixer, beat cream, sugar and cocoa in large bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate chips.
