CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE
Steps:
- Combine Pie Crust ingredients in a food processer. Press into 9" Pie Pan. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Press with a drinking glass to sharpen edges after oven. Cool completely. Dip strawberries into tempered (preferred, melted for a close approximation) chocolate. Let set. Cream together Cream Cheese and Butter. Add whipped egg. Zest 1/2 a lemon and squeeze juice of a 1/2 lemon. Add sifted Powdered Sugar. Incorporate strawberry filling. Beat until fluffy (2 mins.) Add cream mixture to cooled pie crust. Let set for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Stand Chocolate Strawberries on top of filling.
