Chocolate Eclair Dessert image

Years ago a previous boss' wife made this dessert for the office. This was such a fantastic dessert that we all asked her for the recipe. Over the years I have made this for tons of family and friends gathering and always get asked for the recipe. So here it is and I hope you all enjoy this as much as my family and friends.

I would make these éclairs again, but I would use a different filling next time.

The éclairs didn't turn out quite as I expected. The dough was a bit too dry and the filling was a bit too runny.

I'm not a big fan of éclairs, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The éclairs were light and airy, and the chocolate glaze was the perfect amount of sweetness.

I've made éclairs before, but this recipe was by far the easiest to follow. The éclairs turned out perfectly and tasted delicious.
