Chocolate Eclair Dessert image

This is a wonderful "company" dessert. The puff pastry crust is light, and you may choose any flavor of pudding for the filling. It looks like you spent hours working on it, yet it is fairly easy and delicious!

I love éclairs and this recipe didn't disappoint! The éclairs were light and airy, and the chocolate ganache was rich and decadent. I will definitely be making these again.

These éclairs were okay, but I've definitely had better. The chocolate ganache was a bit too sweet for my taste.

I was so excited to try this recipe, but unfortunately my éclairs didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. The dough was a bit too sticky and the éclairs didn't rise properly. I think I might have overmixed the dough.

These éclairs were a bit more work than I expected, but they were definitely worth it. They were absolutely delicious.

I've made éclairs before, but this recipe is by far the best. The éclairs were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. The chocolate ganache was also amazing.

Absolutely divine! The éclairs were light and fluffy, with a rich chocolate ganache that was simply to die for. I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfectly. My family and friends raved about them.
