I'm not a huge fan of arugula, but I really enjoyed it in this salad. The dressing really mellowed out the bitterness.

The combination of flavors in this salad is amazing. The sweetness of the tomatoes, the bitterness of the arugula, and the tanginess of the dressing all work so well together.
