Steps:
- With a hand electric mixer, blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, and curry powder until smooth. By hand, stir in green onions, peanuts, coconut, and raisins. Form into two balls. Place in wax paper, then inside container. Refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, top with mango chutney.
