I followed the recipe exactly but my pesto turned out really bitter. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

This pesto is a bit too spicy for me. I think I'll use less habanero next time.

I'm not a huge fan of cilantro but I actually really liked this pesto. The habanero mellows out the cilantro flavor a bit.

This is a really versatile pesto. I've used it on pasta, chicken, and fish and it's always delicious. It's also great as a dip for vegetables or crackers.

I was worried the habanero would be too spicy but it wasn't at all. It just added a nice depth of flavor to the pesto. I love the combination of cilantro and habanero.

I used a food processor instead of a mortar and pestle and it worked perfectly. The pesto came together in no time and it tasted just as good as when I've made it the traditional way.

This pesto is incredibly aromatic. The cilantro really shines through and the habanero adds just the right amount of heat. I used it on grilled shrimp and it was a match made in heaven.
