Cinnamon Oat Cakes image

Yield Makes 2 servings

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups rolled oats
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Vegetable oil cooking spray
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Spread evenly in a skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, flipping once. Enjoy cake topped with applesauce and berries.
