Cocoa Banana Muffins image

One of my favourite muffins, sweeter than most breakfast muffins but still a long way from being cupcakes in disguise which too many muffins are. NOTE: I have adjusted the quantity of flour thantks to my reviewers.

I'm not a big fan of cocoa, but I really enjoyed these muffins. The banana flavor was strong enough to balance out the cocoa flavor.

These cocoa banana muffins were a hit with my family! They were moist and fluffy, with the perfect amount of sweetness. The cocoa and banana flavors complemented each other beautifully.
