16 ounces Colomba, preferably Bauli brand
1 lb frozen peaches
1 cup apricot or peach jam

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my colomba turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked it.

This recipe was a bit confusing to follow, but the colomba turned out great in the end. It was a little dense, but still very flavorful.

This colomba was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good. I think I would use less sugar next time.
