Compound Butter for Franck's Porterhouse Steak image

This compound butter was made in Franck's Porterhouse Steak recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 shallot, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to combine, and refrigerate.
