Cool Whip Cookies image

These are cake mix cookies. You likely have all you need to make these in your house. My favorite are strawberry and lemon.

1 box cake mix, any flavor
4 oz cool whip
1 egg
chopped nuts, optional
powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together cake mix, cool whip, egg and nuts in large mixing bowl. Use powdered sugar on hands to roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll ball into powdered sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
