I tried a similar salad at cheesecake factory this weekend and instantly wanted to create it at home. I found this recipe on the web, made a few modifications and think it's a great place to start!

I found this salad to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with a more savory dressing. Other than that, it was a good salad.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover roasted beets. I had some beets that I had roasted for another dish, and this salad was the perfect way to use them up. The flavors are well-balanced and the salad is very refreshing.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this salad. I'm not usually a fan of beets, but they were roasted to perfection and had a wonderful sweet flavor. The apples added a nice crunch and the goat cheese was the perfect finishing touch. Wil

This salad is an absolute delight! The combination of roasted beets, apples, and goat cheese is simply divine. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. The dressing is light and tangy, and really brings all the flavors together. Hig
