This is another recipe from my sister-in-law Marie, and we have been making it for years. It is so easy and just delicious! The bacon fat gives it a great flavor.

Steps:
- 1. saute onion in bacon fat for 3-5 minutes
- 2. add to this, 2 cups of whole milk, 2 cups of evaporated milk, 2 cans of creamed corn, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. I use 1 can of evaporated milk which is almost 2 cups, and I pour whole milk to make it two cups.
- 3. cook potatos separately for about 10 minutes
- 4. drain and add to chowder
- 5. simmer til ready to eat
