Corn Oysters image

This is another version of my oyster fritters.

15 oz can cream style corn
2 egg, well beaten
1/4 c flour
1 pt oysters
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Combine corn, eggs, flour and salt and pepper. Mix in oysters. Drop by spoonfuls into hot grease.
