Cornbread-Cabbage Casserole image

Hearty, stick-to-the-ribs cabbage casserole. This goes great with pork chops or ham, although I could make a meal of just this alone. Whenever I make cornbread, I usually double the recipe so I have enough left to make this the next day.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my casserole didn't turn out as good as I hoped. I think I might have overcooked it.

This casserole was a bit too bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.
