This is a pretty easy casserole to put together. The hardest part is waiting for it to get done! Add a few chips, salsa, salad, and cold beer or a margarita, and you got a great meal!

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Grease a rectangle (8x11.5x2) baking dish and sprinkle with yellow cornmeal.
- 3. While cooking the hamburger, mix all of the #2 ingredients together in a bowl; set aside.
- 4. After cooking and draining the hamburger, stir in the rest of the other #1 ingredients in with the hamburger; mix well.
- 5. Pour ½ the cornbread batter( ingredients #2) into the prepared casserole dish.
- 6. Add the meat mixture (ingredients #1) on top of that.
- 7. Finish off with adding the rest of the cornbread batter on top of the meat mixture.
- 8. Bake for40-45 minutes.
