These appetizers were a little more work to make than I had anticipated, but they were well worth the effort. They were a big hit at my party and I will definitely be making them again.

I'm not usually a fan of corned beef, but these appetizers were really good! The swiss cheese and horseradish sauce really complemented the beef and made for a flavorful and satisfying bite.

My family loved this recipe! I made it for dinner one night and it was so easy and delicious that I've already made it twice more since then. The leftovers are also great for lunch the next day.

I made these corned beef swiss bites for a potluck and they were gone in minutes! Several people asked me for the recipe and the next time I will probably double or even triple the batch because they were so popular.
